I love Sunday Worms, Germany

„I love Sunday“ is a phrase which could come to define a new generation of DJs in Germany’s “rhine/main area”.

Based deep within Germany in a town called Worms, both Chris Towa and Julian Melzer started their career. Creating a new platform for the rhine/main techno community, two talents with a special passion for electronic music came together in 2010 to create one fantastic open air event series, wonderfully named “I love Sunday”.

The latter half of 2010 saw Chris and Julian taking their career to a next Level. Getting signed by the Berlin based booking agency „proud talents“,and the maltesian agency “K101 music” they got the chance to show their talent and special sense for the crowd all over Germany and even abroad. The legendary techno club U60311(Frankfurt), Monza(Frankfurt), Arena(Berlin), RitterButzke(Berlin) and several gigs on the beautiful island of Malta were only a few locations on their way to the top.

Both in the early-twenties, the vinyl advocate Chris Towa, and the digital performer Julian Melzer, manage to bring you a fascinating combination of sounds influenced by Mannheim deephouse, Frankfurt techno and Berlin minimal.
